The company specialises in  Early acquisition  represents property owners affected by land acquisition under the Public Works Act.

We can assist in having your land acquired at a time that suits you, can engage  expert valuers to assess full market value and undertake negotiations with the acquiring authority, in order to achieve the best possible outcome.

We are able to provide representation before the Land Valuation Tribunal, if required.

In most cases our fees will be covered by the authority undertaking the public work.
